abc8 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the abc8 platform and all related services. By opening an account, logging in, or starting to use any service on abc8, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Along with these Terms, please also read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as they form an integral part of these Terms.

To open an account on abc8 and participate in any casino or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years old. This is a mandatory requirement.

You may only apply for abc8 membership if you meet the following conditions:

3.1 Password Security

Keeping your abc8 account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the abc8 support team immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled where applicable.

3.3 Identity Verification

abc8 may request a national ID card or other reliable document to verify a user's identity when necessary. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If identity verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. abc8 does not permit transactions through third parties. If any suspicious transaction is detected, withdrawals on that account may be temporarily suspended.

All bonuses and promotional offers on abc8 are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and a wagering amount of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• To withdraw winnings from a bonus offer, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless abc8 specifically permits it.
• abc8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus for any reason.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to abuse bonuses or exploit weaknesses in the system, the bonus on the relevant account will be cancelled and the account may be closed if necessary.

abc8 offers casino games, slots, sports betting, and live casino services. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which can be found in detail in the relevant section.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

abc8 reserves the right to void any bet due to technical errors or abnormal price changes. Transactions completed due to system errors may be reviewed and corrected afterwards.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined using data from abc8's primary data provider. For casino games, the result determined by the game provider's software is considered final.

6.3 Responsible Betting

abc8 encourages users to play in a controlled and informed manner. Our Responsible Gaming Guidelines include options such as self-exclusion and setting bet limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc8 platform:

• Fraud, deception, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Misuse of bonus funds or operating multiple accounts in order to obtain bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Attempting to carry out harmful activities on abc8's systems or network.

abc8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If an account was opened using false or incomplete information.
• If the user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If suspicious or illegal transactions are detected.

A user may also request to close their own account at any time. In that case, the account will be deactivated after any pending withdrawals have been completed.

The abc8 Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These Terms apply equally to use of the app. Downloading the abc8 app from unauthorised third-party sources is risky, and abc8 bears no responsibility in such cases.

If game results are affected by technical issues or loss of connection while using the app, abc8's records will be considered final.

abc8 uses SSL encryption to keep users' financial and personal information secure. Information is only shared with third parties when required by law or necessary for service improvement.

abc8 accepts no liability for the following:

• Service disruption due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

abc8's maximum liability will never exceed the actual deposited amount of the user for the relevant incident.

abc8 may partially or fully change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on this page.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force. These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali, which is the authoritative language.
